You’ll find cancellation details clearly stated both on the listing page and during the booking process—before you make any payment. Just scroll to the "Things you should know", or “Policies” section on the listing to view them, or check your booking overview before checkout.
Viewing your booking’s cancellation policy
You can check the cancellation policy for any booking by signing in to your ExploreSiargao account.
On the web Click your profile photo in the top right corner and select “My bookings.” Choose the booking you’d like to review—cancellation details will be listed under “Cancellation policy.”
On mobile Tap the profile icon at the bottom of your screen and go to “My bookings.” Select the booking in question to view its details and cancellation policy.
Important to know Cancellation policies are set by the host and vary by listing. If a host has selected a flexible policy, you may be eligible for a full refund—just be sure to cancel before the cancellation period ends (local Philippines time).
Some listings may have stricter policies or become non-refundable after a certain point. In those cases, cancellation won’t be possible through the platform. Your host may still choose to issue a partial refund, but this is entirely at their discretion.
