If the host cancels before your booking starts
If a host cancels before the scheduled check-in, pick up, or start date, you’ll receive a full refund.
If the host cancels after your booking has started
If a host cancels after your booking has begun, your refund will depend on:
- The number of days/nights you've already stayed or rented
- The reason for the cancellation
- The portion of the booking that was affected
