Once a refund is approved, Exploresiargao will begin processing it within 48 hours.
After processing:
- Refunds are returned through Xendit to your original payment method
- Most refunds arrive within 7–14 business days
- The exact timing depends on your bank or card provider
Please note:
- Some banks may take longer to release funds after processing
- Refund timing can vary based on payment method and banking policies
- You may see the refund as pending before it fully clears
