Before booking Check out the listing and click or tap “Message host” to get in touch.
After booking Once your reservation is confirmed, head to My bookings, select the reservation, and contact your host directly from there. You’ll also see a new conversation in your Messages.
After your trip Forget something or need to follow up? You can still message your host through your Inbox.
