You can cancel your booking at any time, as long as it's still within the cancellation period (local time), by signing in to your ExploreSiargao account.
On the web
- Click your profile photo in the top right corner and select “My bookings.”
- Choose the booking you’d like to cancel. If it's still eligible for cancellation, click “Cancel booking” and confirm.
On mobile
- Tap the profile icon at the bottom of your screen and go to “My bookings.”
- Select the booking you’d like to cancel. If cancellation is still allowed, tap “Cancel booking” and confirm.
You can cancel within each bookings stated cancellation period—if it’s free cancellation, you’ll get a refund; if it’s conditional or non-refundable, you won’t. ExploreSiargao only upholds the refund policies you agreed to at purchase.
