You can cancel your booking directly through your Exploresiargao account.
To cancel:
- Log in to your account
- Go to Bookings
- Select the booking you want to cancel
- Click Cancel booking and follow the steps
Your refund eligibility will depend on the cancellation policy set by the host. You can view the cancellation policy before confirming cancellation. Once cancelled, any applicable refund will be processed automatically based on that policy.
