Can I request a refund?

You may be eligible for a refund depending on the cancellation policy set by the host and the timing of your cancellation.

Before cancelling, check:

  • The host’s cancellation policy shown on the listing
  • Your booking details and cancellation terms
  • Whether free cancellation still applies

Free cancellation may be available if you cancel within the allowed period. If you cancel outside that window, cancellation fees or partial refunds may apply based on the host’s policy.

To request a refund or cancel:

  • Go to Bookings in your account
  • Select the booking
  • Follow the cancellation steps

Your refund amount (if applicable) will be processed according to our refund policy.
